With the FX300 System, the Power Plus I Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate is utilized along with a steel backed segmented Kevlar disc. This high-performance clutch is specifically designed for street enthusiasts who have highly tuned cars, such as those with cylinder head work, cams, or medium-boost turbo or supercharger setups, or up to 100hp NO2. Proven to be a top choice among single disc clutch options, the FX300 uses Kevlar friction material in a segmented format for increased pounds per square inch, providing higher torque holding capacity while maintaining exceptional longevity. The non-abrasive Kevlar material protects the mating surfaces from scoring. The FX300 requires only slightly increased pedal pressure, and offers a long life and positive engagement. Please note, this clutch is recommended for street use only and not for the track. A minimum break-in period of 500 miles is necessary for optimal performance.
