An inexpensive way to improve shifting feel 

• The Hybrid Racing shifter cable inserts offer an effective solution for worn-out cables. The factory inserts, made from soft plastic, gradually break down and crack, resulting in a large space at the end of the cable. This space leads to shifting gears becoming sloppy and loose since the shifter is no longer actually connected to the cable. Thus, there is no need to replace the entire shifter cable, just the inserts!
  

  To install these, remove your center console, disconnect your shifter cables from the shifter, pop out the OEM plastic inserts and snap our upgraded Delrin and machined aluminum inserts into place for a simple and affordable fix. You'll be back to smooth shifts in no time!
