This clutch cover is made of billet aluminum to take a typical single disc clutch kit to that next level of performance. The engineers at clutch masters sat down to develop a clutch kit that was street friendly, allowed for faster shifts, lighter rotating mass, and the consistent pedal feel you expect from a clutch on the track.  This FX400SS kit was built with data gathered from decades of perfecting the Clutchmasters Twin Disc clutch kits and designed it around the fitment of an OE style clutch cover.

This clutch kit is Clutchmasters's Short Shift series. They can be used for the daily driven street car as well as race car that doesn't quite make the power to necessitate a twin disc clutch.

This clutch setup is designed primarily for track driven vehicles but can be used on the street. Just keep in mind this clutch engages very aggressively and may not be ideal or desired for a street car.
