Single catch can kit for the 2017-2024 Honda Civic Type-R (FK8 FL5). Features Radium's patented Fluid Lock catch can. For crankcase breather hose (Front of engine). Helps keep oil and other sludge-causing fluids out of the air induction system.

This catch can is designed to fit seamlessly under the OEM engine cover without the need for any modifications. It is securely attached to the RH motor mount, but some minor adjustments may be necessary if an aftermarket motor mount is installed. This catch can operates in line with the crankcase vent port, experiencing atmospheric pressure at low loads. However, during high load situations (WOT), the line will have a high flow out of the crankcase, which can often result in a buildup of oil and sludge in the air filter intake pipe. This can also lead to the accumulation of oil in the intercooler, ultimately reducing the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger and causing a decrease in overall performance.
